SALES MANAGER BENELUX (m/f/d)
Your role
- Full responsibility for sales, profitability, and market share within the Benelux region
- Further development and implementation of the regional sales strategy in close cooperation with the Global Sales Director
- Proactively identifying and building new strong customer relationships and projects, guiding them from inception to series production
- Identifying potential markets and market shifts while remaining fully aware of new products and competition status
- Management of pricing, commercial terms, and contract strategies
- Budget planning, offer calculation and ongoing forecast updates
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and international business units
Your profile
- Several years of successful sales experience, ideally within the building materials, paints & coatings, glass textiles, or wallcovering industry
- Proven track record in developing markets and growing business organizations
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution, contractor networks, and customer decision-making processes
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and commercial skills
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Benelux region
- A self-motivated, independent, and innovative approach to problem-solving, combined with a pioneering spirit and strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent Dutch (native level), very good command of German and/or English; French would be beneficial
