Your New Role : Online English Teacher

What they’re seeking :

• Native English fluency with a crystal-clear accent.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
• TEFL/CELTA certificate or a valid State/provincial teaching license.
• At least 1 year of experience in teaching Preschool, Kindergarten, or ESL.
• High-speed, reliable internet connection.
• Punctuality, responsibility, and stellar communication skills.
• Respect and understanding for Chinese culture, values, and parental expectations.

Your responsibilities :

• Conduct dynamic online English classes for eager young learners.

Compensation & Perks :

• Starting rates: $21 – $27/hr (Varies based on your qualifications).
• After attendance bonuses: $23-$29/hr.
• Special 1 vs 12+ classes rate: $30-$38/hr.
• Extra bonuses: Teach on weekends, short-notice substitutions (under 24 hours), perfect attendance, and more!

Payment details :

• They offer direct deposits to your bank.
• Payment schedule: Every month between the 10th and the 15th for the previous month.
• For any class cancellations within 48 hours of start time, you still get paid!
