Vivara is a Swiss company that brings together several companies active in digital marketing, based in Lausanne. Since its creation, it has built its growth around an original model: bringing together under one structure entities (BUs) that each retain their brand identity, expertise, and operational autonomy, while benefiting from the firepower and resources of a consolidated group. Today, Vivara has 13 commercial entities and nearly 120 employees. The Publishing companies produce high value-added informational content in two areas: natural health and finance. The Product companies, for their part, transform this closeness with our readers into a lasting relationship through a range of dietary supplements. It is this complementarity between content and conversion, editorial expertise and commercial performance that makes Vivara unique. This position is created to strengthen it. This diversity is a strength: it allows Vivara to capture opportunities in varied markets, while developing synergies between BUs on audiences, distribution channels, or commercial practices. We are currently looking, as part of a newly created position, for our future:

Your role, concretely: As a member of the COMEX (Executive Committee) and business referent to the Management, you ensure the marketing and commercial management of Vivara. Organised and rigorous, you know how to structure organisations, manage strong personalities, maintain schedules, and establish KPIs so that they serve decision-making. You are the marketing/commercial support point for the BUs . You work closely with the publishers to understand their challenges, highlight their performances, and support them where additional assistance can make a difference: in data analysis, campaign management, or anticipating needs. You structure the emailing activity . In consultation with the BUs, you establish a common practice (frequency, segmentation, testing discipline) and a launch cadence that provides visibility to all. You also ensure compliance best practices on this channel (consent management, respect for the LPD and GDPR according to the markets addressed). You strengthen lead generation . You support the BUs in their leadgen actions, share best practices that work from one entity to another, and ensure that each has the right levers. You value the voice of the customer . You centralise customer feedback and reviews, identify trends useful to all BUs, and support them in implementing relevant corrective actions. You consolidate the reading of sales figures . You build a clear and shared vision of the commercial performance of each BU, to inform Vivara’s decisions and highlight the results achieved on the ground. You create links between the BUs . You spot opportunities for cross-promotion and synergies, and facilitate connections between entities that benefit from collaborating. You support the transformation related to artificial intelligence . You identify relevant use cases for the BUs, test and disseminate best practices, and help teams integrate these tools into their daily marketing and commercial practices, without waiting for the transformation to impose itself. You anticipate the marketing/commercial recruitment needs of the BUs , in line with their growth trajectory. Profile sought You have at least 10 years of confirmed experience in marketing and/or commercial management, ideally acquired in a multi-brand, multi-BU or multi-entity environment;
You hold a higher education degree, business school or equivalent university qualification;
You have proven team management experience and demonstrated ability to unite stakeholders;
You have operational knowledge of digital marketing, notably emailing, lead generation and performance analysis;
You are comfortable with data analysis and reporting/BI tools;
You have a strong interest in artificial intelligence and its marketing/commercial applications, with the desire to promote this subject among the BUs;
Finally, you know how to operate in a multi-entity environment, with varied interlocutors.
