Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (d/f/m) – Tech – Responsibilities

• Oversee the full‑cycle recruitment process for our tech teams, which includes sourcing and screening candidates, guiding them through interviews, managing job offers, and finalizing hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to identify hiring needs, develop job profiles, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to address both current and future hiring needs by leveraging your network and conducting proactive outreach.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and attract top talent.
• Enhance our employer brand by integrating branding initiatives into our sourcing strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance efficiency and transparency in our hiring processes.

Note: We anticipate your 2‑3 days presence in the Darmstadt office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in Tech recruiting, either in an agency or a fast‑paced in‑house recruiting team.
• A deep understanding of engineering roles and programming languages, with a passion for technology and digital innovation.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Highly organized, results‑driven, and autonomous.
• Fluency in English, allowing you to engage with candidates and teams seamlessly; German skills are beneficial.
