Your Mission
As a Business Development Manager , you’ll revolutionise operations in :
Distribution : Streamline logistics, strengthen customer relationships, and reduce environmental impact.
Maintenance : Boost asset availability, cut costs, and improve efficiency.
Service : Enhance first-time fix rates and minimize waste with smarter service management.
Your Role
Drive lead generation with proactive outreach and campaigns.
Analyse markets to identify new opportunities.
Present compelling value propositions to prospective clients.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
Optimise multi-channel outreach and document progress in HubSpot CRM.
Report insights and forecasts to senior management.
What You Bring
Experience : 2-5+ years in lead generation or business development, ideally in Distribution, Maintenance, or Service.
Languages : Fluent in English and German (professional proficiency).
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
