Minimum five years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Program
Management roles within complex international IT environments.
Proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
Experience supporting governance boards, steering committees, and executive
reporting.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Working proficiency in German.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and
project planning tools.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are considered advantageous:
- Experience with IT programs and transformation initiatives.
- Experience with SAP and PLM (preferably PTC Windchill), preferably PTC Windchill.
- Experience with enterprise integration and interface projects.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Experience supporting global transformation or modernization programs.
- Strong background in risk and issue management.
