Your contribution:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the overall performance and compliance to targets and objectives for the assigned region.
  • You are building and leading the end-to-end regional deployment team for assigned region.
  • Oversee the network development based on forecasted number of sites, quality requirements and cost per site ratio.
  • Managing external partner capacity.
  • Ensuring that sites are built within agreed cost, time, quality and safety requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of processes.
  • Maintain and keep project reporting up to date.

What makes you stand out:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in network rollout and deployment.
  • An university degree in communications, electrical- or civil engineering or a comparable degree.
  • Technical knowledge in the area of telecommunication, construction, mobile network infrastructure.
  • Goal oriented and able to make decisions.
  • Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken.
