YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on supporting the DACH market (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria) and our expansion into Eastern Europe, with warehouse and office positions. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment, advising them on all areas related to talent acquisition, and coaching them on Voi\'s best practices.
You will also collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and the wider People & Culture function to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practices across the organization. This will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and communicate trends
- Owning and driving the recruitment process from start to finish
- Sourcing directly and proactively building diversified candidate pipelines
- Managing candidate communication to ensure a stellar candidate experience
- Contributing to a strong culture by setting an example as a member of the People & Culture team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for an ambitious, solution-oriented Talent Acquisition professional who is resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluency in English, German, and Polish is required (you need German & Polish to interact with candidates and managers). The ideal candidate has:
- Several years of experience with end-to-end recruitment, preferably within warehouse or blue-collar roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with various search and sourcing techniques, including finding talents outside obvious channels
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
