You set the technical bar, grow the team, and make sure what we commit to is what we ship.Your MissionAs Full Stack Lead, you own both the people and the product surface of your team. This is a player-coach role. You spend real time in the code, with coding agents as a normal part of how you and your team work, while you build a team that ships predictably and keeps getting better.Lead, coach and grow the Full Stack team through 1:1s, feedback and career development, and hire alongside the CTOStay hands‑on: design and build features across backend and frontend, and review the work that matters mostOwn the technical direction of your team's domain, including architecture, code quality, testing, and the trade‑off between speed and long‑term health.
