Knowledge of and experience with Robotic Process Automation and Generative AI technologies are a plus. Fluency in German and English. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Excellent analytical capabilities, a data-driven mindset, and strong problem-solving skills. Experience in transformation, change management, and working with (or building) Shared Service organizations. Strong communication and influencing skills when working with senior leadership. High intercultural competence and the ability to work effectively across regions and functions. Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
