Support the Voith Group | Corporate Functions & Services Division as

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the execution of all audit and consulting mandates in the Group Divisions Voith Turbo and Voith Others. Consequently, you will be responsible for the audit results to the audited units, the Group Divisions and the Head of Corporate Audit.
• Your tasks will include the further development of Corporate Audit with regard to the auditing methodology and used tools, as well as increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
• You will ensure compliance with the professional standards of the IIA and the DIIR.
• You will prepare the risk-oriented annual audit plan and support the quarterly reporting to the Board of Management.
• You will be part of the audit team and carry out audit and consulting mandates with a focus on commercial issues, prepare the associated audit reports and monitor the implementation of the agreed measures.
• You will analyze and evaluate business processes and projects with regard to compliance with laws, guidelines, expediency, safety and efficiency and identify potential for optimization.
• Assessing the functionality and effectiveness of the internal control system and the risk management system is a high priority.
• You will also be involved in and support international special projects and investigations.
• You are responsible for managing and developing your team of auditors.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics or a comparable subject.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in Internal/External Audit or controlling.
• Audit specific certifications such as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or a comparable international qualification are desirable.
• You are business fluent in English; further language skills in Portuguese, Chinese or German are highly advantageous.
• For this position, you personally convince with flexibility, team spirit, quick comprehension, good analytical skills and a structured and precise working style.
• Proficiency in MS Office is expected, ideally, you have knowledge of SAP.
• Personally, you are characterized by your communicative and interpersonal skills and your ability to lead and manage a team.
• Your profile is rounded off by your willingness to travel worldwide.
