Talent Acquisition Partner (f|m|d)

Your Responsibilities
- With a strong understanding of hiring‑manager requirements, you manage national and international end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes across various business areas of the Voith Group.
- You take full ownership of the interview and selection process and support business units through to the successful filling of open positions.
- You prepare, align and negotiate employment offers and guide candidates through to successful contract closure.
- As a trusted contact person, you support candidates throughout all stages of the recruiting process and actively shape a positive candidate experience.
- In close collaboration with business units, HR interfaces and employee representative bodies, you ensure compliance with labour law and collective agreement regulations.
- You develop target‑group‑specific sourcing strategies, manage recruiting channels, leverage active sourcing approaches and actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting events.
- You participate in national and international recruiting and HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Acting as an interface to external recruiting partners, you coordinate service providers and represent Voith at career fairs, onboarding activities and other HR‑related events.
Your Profile
- University degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in end‑to‑end recruiting or executive search, ideally within an industrial environment.
- Initial experience with collective labour agreements and collaboration with employee representative bodies (e.g., works councils).
- First experience in international recruiting or global recruiting processes.
- Strong knowledge of modern recruiting channels and proven experience in active sourcing.
- Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills, excellent interpersonal sensitivity, and outstanding communication and engagement capabilities.
