Your Responsibilities

  • With a strong understanding of hiring‑manager requirements, you manage national and international end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes across various business areas of the Voith Group.
  • You take full ownership of the interview and selection process and support business units through to the successful filling of open positions.
  • You prepare, align and negotiate employment offers and guide candidates through to successful contract closure.
  • As a trusted contact person, you support candidates throughout all stages of the recruiting process and actively shape a positive candidate experience.
  • In close collaboration with business units, HR interfaces and employee representative bodies, you ensure compliance with labour law and collective agreement regulations.
  • You develop target‑group‑specific sourcing strategies, manage recruiting channels, leverage active sourcing approaches and actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting events.
  • You participate in national and international recruiting and HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Acting as an interface to external recruiting partners, you coordinate service providers and represent Voith at career fairs, onboarding activities and other HR‑related events.

Your Profile

  • University degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in end‑to‑end recruiting or executive search, ideally within an industrial environment.
  • Initial experience with collective labour agreements and collaboration with employee representative bodies (e.g., works councils).
  • First experience in international recruiting or global recruiting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modern recruiting channels and proven experience in active sourcing.
  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills, excellent interpersonal sensitivity, and outstanding communication and engagement capabilities.
