As Global Manufacturing Planner & Process Owner, you will hold global responsibility for manufacturing planning standards and IT/MES enablement.
Your mission is to ensure harmonized production scheduling, digital transparency, and consistent system utilisation across all plants.
- Your tasks
- Define and further develop the global production and detailed planning model.
- Govern the end‑to‑end manufacturing process, including process and change management as Global Process Owner (GPO).
- Define and manage global MES and planning IT standards.
- Lead global workstreams such as Digital & Smart Manufacturing and special workgroups.
- Coordinate global IT and planning requirements with IT and key users.
- Ensure global adoption through training and rollout concepts.
- Set and ensure compliance with global standards and governance at local sites.
- Collect and structure feedback from local counterparts for continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent application of planning logic and data quality across sites.
- Stabilise planning processes and support pilots and rollouts, including escalation and decision‑making as GPO.
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, or a comparable field.
- Experience in production planning and MES implementations across multiple sites.
- Process‑oriented mindset, strong IT affinity, governance and facilitation skills.
- Excellent English skills spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel internationally (50 %).
This position can be filled at any of our global Voith Hydro locations.
The remote work policies will adhere to the regulations of the specific location where you are based – this is not a fully remote position.
