- Global Project Manager (m/f/d) Voith Hydro – People & Culture / HR
- Your Tasks
- Managing international People & Culture / HR projects for Voith Hydro, with a focus on organizational transformations, cross‑border relocations, and related P&C / HR implications.
- Driving P&C workstreams in relocation and transformation initiatives, including workforce impact assessment, recruiting and onboarding in target countries, change communication, and alignment with local requirements.
- Implementing global P&C / HR standards, programs, and tools in areas such as talent, performance, workforce planning, learning, compensation, and benefits.
- Facilitating international workshops to support change, leadership, strategy, and team development.
- Supporting the Global Head of People Business Partners in global operational P&C topics.
- Improving P&C / HR processes, tools, and ways of working.
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, psychology, HR management, labor law, or comparable qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as HR Manager / HR Business Partner in an international environment, including cross‑border relocations, team build‑up in target countries, or comparable transformations.
- Experience in managing complex HR interfaces across countries, regions, functions, and corporate stakeholders.
- Broad HR generalist expertise, e. g., workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, talent, compensation, employee relations, change management, and labor law interfaces.
- Structured, goal‑oriented working style with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, moderation, and intercultural skills.
- Fluent business English is required; additional language skills are desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP HR / Success Factors is an advantage.
