Site Manager (m|w|d) for ventilation systems / EMEA region

Responsibilities

• As a site manager, you will be responsible for site management for the construction and installation of ventilation systems and vapour bonnets for paper machines.
• In addition to holding construction meetings with the customer and external installation companies, you will instruct external companies and demand their contractual services.
• You will have a forward-looking view of the construction site logistics chain (material flow) and monitor adherence to deadlines.
• The scope of work also includes monitoring the quality and occupational safety of assembly work carried out by external assembly companies.
• Regular documentation of construction progress, including claim management, is a matter of course for you.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed training in ventilation construction or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience, preferably with further training as a master craftsman.
• Several years of experience in the construction and installation of ventilation systems is desirable for this position.
• You have proficient user knowledge of the common MS Office applications.
• You have a good command of German and a very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Your way of working is characterised by independence, personal responsibility, and a high level of communication skills, as you are in constant contact with customers and subcontractors. You convince with assertiveness, team spirit, and flexibility.
• An unrestricted willingness to travel internationally (EMEA) (approx. 95%) is mandatory.
