Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and evolve the global Salesforce target architecture based on business requirements
- Design and implement scalable, integrable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
- Develop and enforce architecture standards, conduct design reviews, and ensure governance
- Drive strategic evolution of the Salesforce landscape and adopt topics like Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and ERP integrations
- Lead enterprise integrations and API‑driven architectures; leverage SAP ecosystem where applicable
- Collaborate with ERP experts to enhance end‑to‑end architecture and support CRM transformation and rollouts
- Provide technical leadership to external implementation partners
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, performance, and CI/CD standards
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional Salesforce architecture or solution architecture experience in international environments
- Strong expertise in designing/implementing Salesforce multi‑cloud architectures and related platforms
- Experience with modern integration architectures and API‑driven landscapes
- Knowledge of SAP technologies is advantageous (S/4HANA, CPI, BTP) but not required
- Analytical, conceptual, and communication skills; ability to explain complex topics to senior stakeholders
- Certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Integration Architect are favorable
