Задачи
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing insights into business performance, risks, and opportunities
- Act as a finance business partner to teams across voize
- Drive financial reporting and analysis
- Build models, dashboards, and decision-support tools for leadership and teams
- Own and improve operational finance processes, including preparatory accounting, invoice and expense workflows, reconciliations, payment processes, and month-end preparation
- Build and improve the Finance stack by connecting systems and data
- Automate recurring processes and use Spendesk, ERP/accounting systems, BI tools, and AI to reduce manual work
- Support international growth by working with external accounting partners across countries
- Work with different GAAPs, statutory requirements, and international finance operations
Требования
- 4–7 Years of hands‑on experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, or a similar role
- Solid accounting knowledge and practical bookkeeping experience
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Ability to understand financial drivers, challenge assumptions, and turn numbers into clear recommendations
- Strong systems mindset and ability to make finance processes simpler, more reliable, and scalable
- Hands‑on experience using AI and automation to redesign and improve Finance workflows
- Ability to identify high‑impact use cases and implement practical solutions independently
- Hands‑on experience with ERP/accounting systems and modern Finance tools
- High ownership and a builder mentality
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and communicate with stakeholders
- Fluent English
- Conversational German
- Nice to have: experience with Spendesk, BI/reporting tools, or workflow automation platforms
