Arbeitsumfeld
Schon einmal davon gehört, dass Roboter eines Tages die Welt übernehmen sollen? Dann haben wir gute Nachrichten: Sie könnten die Person sein, die diese programmiert und steuert! Während Ihrer Ausbildung richten Sie Maschinen ein und nehmen Schaltanlagen in Betrieb. Auch das Programmieren und Steuern mit SPS (speicherprogrammierbare Steuerungen) steht auf dem Plan. Zudem lernen Sie alles rund um die Instandhaltung automatisierter Produktionsanlagen und Fertigungssysteme der Serienproduktion, einschließlich der Qualitätssicherung. Die Ausbildung dauert 3,5 Jahre.
Mögliche Aufgaben dieser Rolle
- Planen, Organisieren und Durchführen von komplexen Arbeitsaufträgen
- Inbetriebnehmen, Überwachen und Instandhalten von Produktionseinrichtungen
- Installieren und Konfigurieren von IT-Systemen
- Optimieren von Prozessabläufen in automatisierten Produktionseinrichtungen
- Dokumentieren von Arbeitsprozessen und -ergebnissen
Anforderungen an die Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung
- Interesse an den Fächern Informatik, Englisch und Physik
- Lust, sich mit Programmiersprachen, Coding und Produktionsprozessen zu beschäftigen
- Besonders Ihr logisches und analytisches Denken sowie Spaß an innovativen Problemlösungsstrategien zeichnen Sie aus
- Deutsch Sprachniveau B2 (Auswahlverfahren, Ausbildung und Prüfungen finden auf Deutsch statt)
