We are looking for reinforcement for our international team of 6, in which you will be responsible for the complete import and export processing and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Processing of import orders including import customs clearance
- Preparation of export orders including preparation of export/shipping papers and export documents (within and outside the EU)
- Monitoring and control of the entire supply chain, including coordination of delivery dates
- Direct contact with the customer including correspondence (German / English)
- Interface for partners and service providers
- Order entry in Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Creation of transport orders and coordination with carriers and operations
- Creation of storage and retrieval documents
- Warehouse/inventory management
- Invoicing
- Complaints management
Your Requirements
- Classically completed commercial vocational training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable training
- Experience in commercial processing and logistics processes
- Experience in customs clearance is an advantage
- Confident, independent and accurate way of working
- Sociability, commitment and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
