Homeoffice

We are seeking a talented, innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate goes beyond basic execution: you have a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to turn high-level concepts or key bullet points into full creative plans executed from start to finish.

You will take ownership of NVision’s visual identity across technical assets, marketing materials, web design, conference displays, and customer communications. Working independently alongside our leadership team, you will shape our visual direction while guiding day-to-day tasks for a Working Student.

Your Responsibilities:

Design:

Marketing Materials & Design Management: Develop high impact marketing assets, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, and scientific posters, as well as delegate and manage the day to day work of a Working Student.

Technical Materials: Create product related materials such as leaflets, manuals, labels, and packaging design, ensuring they effectively communicate complex features while staying aligned with our visual identity.

Website: (Co-)Design and update the company website, ensuring it remains visually compelling, user friendly, and up to date with modern web design trends.

Idea to Execution Ownership: Take high level briefs, key points, or initial ideas and translate them into structured creative plans, taking full ownership of project execution from concept to final delivery.

Brand & Visual Strategy: Define, execute, and evolve NVision’s visual brand strategy across all channels. Actively pitch and present creative ideas and design concepts to management and leadership teams.

Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to translate intricate scientific and technical concepts into intuitive, engaging visual content.

Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external advertising and design agencies. Brief external partners, ensure alignment with NVision’s brand standards, and oversee the quality and timely delivery of their work.

Multimedia Content: Supervise the development of multimedia content, including light video editing, interactive graphics, and leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance brand storytelling.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably in the technology or science sectors, with a proven ability to work independently with high ownership.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding in terms of online and offline materials.

Hand-on experience with Figma is required, and experience with Webflow or a similar platform for website management and design is an advantage

Familiarity with AI design tools to optimize creative workflows.

Experience in managing external agencies, including briefing, project oversight, and quality control.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts clearly to management and leadership teams.
