Overview
In this role you will lead wheeled excavator projects from concept to closure, coordinating cross-functional teams to hit milestones while managing budget, risks, and scope. You will ensure quality and safety compliance and represent projects to steering committees. You join a diverse, international Vehicle Engineering team focused on innovative, reliable solutions that improve productivity and safety. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on product development and company transformation.

- Lead wheeled excavator projects end-to-end from concept to closure
- Set milestones and adapt plans with cross-functional teams
- Manage budget, risks, resources, and scope
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and aftermarket
- Ensure quality and safety compliance in coordination with Product Safety
- Represent projects in steering committees and decision gates
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years experience in leading complex projects
- Proven record of iterative, milestone-driven project delivery
- Strong facilitator, comfortable driving iterative, cross-functional collaboration
- Technical know-how in vehicle hardware development is a strong merit
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
