Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities at Vonder Mainz to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
This full-time, on-site role involves managing property operations, coordinating maintenance and housekeeping, and optimizing processes to support residents and team members.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the refurbishment team to ensure that apartments undergoing renovation are completed and fully operational within the planned renovation cycle.
Last but not least, you will establish relationships with local companies to generate B2B leads and new business opportunities for our letting department.
Qualifications
- Operations and process management skills, including experience in optimizing workflows, setting KPIs, and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Facility and property management experience, including coordination of maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and vendor services.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, internal teams, and external partners.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret operational data, identify issues, and drive practical solutions.
- Experience in hospitality, residential real estate, or lifestyle services is highly beneficial.
