Account Manager – CEE Desk

For our desk covering CEE, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Account Manager.
Take ownership and manage a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs first.
Be responsible for the revenues of the book, managing the volume of work, and demand of the clients.
Serve as the go‑to expert for the administration of client accounts (cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders, execution control, fiduciary deposit renewals, etc.).
Use foresight to anticipate new risks through accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
Guide relationship managers in KYC matters, support them in organizing client meetings, and assist in preparing investment proposals.
Ensure smooth openings and closings of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a client portfolio and manage revenue and volume of work.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar banking role.
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Strong team player with a keen interest in high‑level client service.
- Good understanding of financial products and markets.
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office and experience with software tools.
- Affinity for Artificial Intelligence and willingness to embrace AI‑enabled tools.
