To capture further growth and reinforce existing client base, we are seeking a Geneva-based Sales person focused on client servicing and acquisition. Responsibilities Partner with the Region Head to strengthen institutional coverage in Romandie. Drive a structured sales process, from lead generation to conversion, with disciplined pipeline management. Manage and deepen existing client relationships. Originate new business opportunities through proven market access. Develop strong expertise in our investment offering and market needs. Lead RFP and tender processes, ensuring optimal client solutions in collaboration with support teams. Enhance operational responsiveness by continuously improving internal processes. Contribute to planning regional roadshows and marketing campaigns. Qualifications Relationship Manager with a proven track record in institutional client acquisition (at least 4 years of sales experience). Strong sales capabilities with farming AND hunting mindset. University degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. Established network within Romandie-based institutional clients. Highly capable of navigating efficiently through high‑pressure situations. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, bringing strong entrepreneurial drive and commercial mindset. Broad investment product knowledge. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Native French and fluent English (written and spoken). High level of personal integrity.
