Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a dedicated Agile, cross-functional team developing innovative digital data products for Vorwerk customers.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines for AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into our products.
• Optimize and scale data processing systems for efficient model training and inference.
• Work on diverse projects spanning natural language processing, computer vision, and robotics.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the technical and operational aspects of your deliveries.
• Participate in community exchanges to share knowledge and learnings.
• Explore and propose new technologies by actively participating in conferences and training sessions to enhance your expertise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning applications, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Ability to excel in an Agile and open environment.
• Strong focus on customer value and experience.
• Experience with languages and frameworks such as Python, Pytorch, Spark, or Scala.
• Experience with Data and Cloud Platforms, preferably AWS and Databricks.
• Open and clear communication style, capable of interacting internationally with various stakeholders.
• Bachelor\’s, Master\’s, or PhD in Computer Science or related fields, with practical work experience considered a plus.
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are a plus.
