Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the ID3 life, health, and annuity policy administration system
- Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering for insurance domain initiatives
- Provide guidance on policy administration workflows, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements
- Document and communicate technical and business requirements to development teams
- Support implementation, testing, and deployment of policy administration solutions
- Train and mentor team members on ID3 system functionality and insurance domain concepts
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in insurance policy administration or related domain
- Deep expertise with the ID3 policy administration system (life, health, and annuity)
- Strong knowledge of StoneRiver and Sapiens platforms
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance domain, products, and regulatory requirements
- Proven business analysis and requirements definition experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet project deadlines
