  • Deliver support for connected LC systems
  • Conduct on-site customer training
  • Assist with instrument relocations and installation projects
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades, service contracts and refurbished instrument sales
  • Communicate daily activities and service updates to the European Service Manager
  • Attend periodic visits to the company’s HQ for training and coordination

To be suitable for this position, you will have/be:

  • A degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Electronics, Physics or related field
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Mass Spectrometry and LC systems, ideally SCIEX, Thermo Fisher or Waters.
  • Excellent knowledge of LC‑MS instrumentation, troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Strong communication skills with a customer‑centric approach
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as German are an advantage)
  • Willing to travel regionally and work flexible hours
  • A full driving licence

What’s on Offer

  • Excellent benefits and in‑house training
  • Career development within a growing European team
  • A collaborative, informal environment with short communication lines
  • The chance to contribute to technical development projects and European R&D initiatives

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LC-MS user or Field Service Engineer seeking autonomy, technical challenge and a supportive team culture.
