Senior Specialist Production (Human)
For our headquarter in Hamburg we are looking for you as Senior Specialist Production (Human) as soon as possible.
What are your responsibilities?
- Supporting the CEO Division Production by planning, preparing, and executing operational goals, identifying strategic priorities, and tracking progress
- Leading critical projects and initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success and enhance processes
- Acting as the central communication liaison between the CEO Division Production, executives, internal teams, and external partners, including drafting and proofreading key documents and presentations
- Identifying and fostering strategic partnerships that align with the company's objectives
- Gathering and analyzing data to provide actionable insights and preparing regular reports for senior leadership
- Preparing decision papers and persuasive presentations tailored to the target audience
- Coordinating administrative tasks for the CEO Dicision Production's back office, such as scheduling appointments, organizing travel, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and supporting cost controlling and invoice checks within the CEO Division Production organization
- Participating in special projects and tasks based on your competencies and available capacity, reporting directly to the CEO Division Production
What qualifications do you have?
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with strong links to the railway sector or relevant experience within VTG
- Excellent analytical skills and rapid comprehension
- A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset combined with an independent, structured work style
- Proven experience in moderation and presentation techniques, along with strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English (fluency in both languages is mandatory)
- High degree of discretion and loyalty
