For our headquarters in Hamburg, we are looking for a PMO Lead (Human) to start as soon as possible.

Mission: Impact & Value Realization

You will ensure that initiatives across the organization deliver real, measurable business value and that the organization continuously improves its capability to deliver impact at scale.

This is not a classic milestone-tracking PMO.

Outcomes and value come first.

Milestones, governance, and discipline exist to protect impact.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Outcome & Value Realization
  • Track initiatives primarily against business outcomes, financial and non‑financial value, and strategic contribution
  • Ensure transparency between planned and realized impact
  • Identify and elevate risks to value realization early
  • Build Portfolio Transparency
  • Maintain a clear, integrated view of the initiative portfolio
  • Provide fact‑based insights to support prioritization, trade‑offs, and resource allocation decisions
  • Call out underperforming or structurally weak initiatives
  • Enable Execution Discipline
  • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies in support of outcomes
  • Ensure governance forums focus on decisions and impact rather than status reporting
  • Support initiative owners with rhythm, structure, and clarity
  • Set Standards & Build Capability
  • Define and continuously improve standards for outcome‑and‑value‑driven execution
  • Establish common guidelines for outcome definition, benefits realization, initiative health, and impact reviews
  • Coach initiative leads and build execution capabilities across the organization
  • Act as a guardian of execution quality and rigor

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
  • 5+ years in PMO, program roles
  • Project, Program Management and/or PMO Certification (preferably PMI)
  • Strong experience in outcome and value tracking
  • High analytical and structuring skills
  • Ability to translate complex execution data into clear management insights
  • Credibility to enforce standards while enabling teams
  • Confidence in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Business‑fluent English

  • Transparency and accuracy of outcome and value reporting
  • Early identification of value risks
  • Consistent application of execution standards
  • Increasing maturity of impact‑driven execution across the organization
