TECHNOLOGY THAT MUST WORK FOR THE CUSTOMER
Your job between camera, PC and network.
Your responsibilities range from installing and commissioning cameras and PCs to configuring network and IT hardware, through to troubleshooting and providing technical support directly at the customer’s site.
- Installation and commissioning of PCs and cameras
- Configuration of cameras and network settings
- Setup, configuration and resetting of IT hardware
- Installation and connection of computers and peripheral devices
- Carrying out assignments directly at the customer’s site
- Troubleshooting and resolving simple hardware and software issues
Technical expertise meets customer service.
You do not need to be a specialist in complex system architectures. What matters is confident handling of IT hardware, technical understanding, and the willingness to get hands-on directly at the customer’s site.
- Confident handling of PCs and laptops
- Basic knowledge of installing and configuring IT hardware
- Understanding of networks, e.g., IP addresses, switches and routers
- Technical understanding and a careful way of working
- High willingness to travel for customer assignments
- Friendly, customer-oriented manner
- Class B driver’s license
