Electrical Coordinator – Hamburg, Germany
As part of ongoing industrial projects in Germany, we are looking for an Electrical Coordinator to support the execution and supervision of electrical activities on‑site in Hamburg. The role involves ensuring compliance, coordination between stakeholders, and successful delivery of electrical works.
- Coordinate and supervise all electrical activities on‑site (installation, commissioning, testing)
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements
- Act as the interface between engineering teams, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation actions
- Review electrical drawings, documentation, and technical deliverables
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
- Ensure proper reporting (progress, KPIs, issues) to project management
- Participate in commissioning and start‑up phases
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in electrical coordination, site supervision, or project execution
- Experience in industrial environments (energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, or manufacturing preferred)
- Previous international or European project experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LV/MV/HV depending on project)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents
- Familiarity with international standards and regulations
- Experience with commissioning and site activities
- Good understanding of HSE requirements
- German is a strong advantage
