URGENT **** We are looking for an Data Analyst to join our teams and support Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) and Validation activities within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The successful candidate will contribute to data management, process improvement, validation support, and documentation activities while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support operational excellence across technical and manufacturing functions. Your responsibilities Support the setup, maintenance, and validation of STATISTICA workspaces used for automated analysis of data from systems such as LIMS and MES. Verify data integrity and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data analyses and reporting activities. Assist with document archiving activities, including preparation, organization, and transfer of documentation to the appropriate archiving systems. Support MS&T and Validation projects through data extraction, processing, analysis, reporting, and sample handling activities. Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and data management practices. Update and maintain SOPs, work instructions, forms, and other controlled documentation within the MS&T and Validation departments. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support technical operations and project objectives. Ensure compliance with GMP standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements. Actively contribute to workplace safety by adhering to safety procedures and identifying potential risks or hazards. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, compliance, and operational performance. Your profile Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or another relevant scientific discipline. 0–3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related Life Sciences industry. Previous exposure to GMP-regulated environments is considered a strong advantage. Understanding of manufacturing, validation, technical operations, or process engineering activities. Experience working with data analysis tools and systems such as LIMS, MES, or statistical software is desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to process, interpret, and report technical data accurately. Experience maintaining controlled documentation, SOPs, and quality records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
