Job Description
- Sales marketing & communications: develop and lead the execution of a marketing plan for DACH with the SEVP EMEA + VP & Country Manager DACH, identifying key customers and verticals, rolling out key messages and products/offers to highlight over the region.
- Define and execute appropriate lead generation campaigns and channels (social media, PR, videos, business case) and analyze their impacts (ROI, KPI) to share with stakeholders.
- Support local sales teams and partners with presentations and pitches dedicated to a DACH audience; localize in German corporate and product presentations designed at Group level (in English).
- Events: define and lay out the yearly event plan in DACH in coordination with sales and partners, identify major events (trade shows, conferences, partner events).
- Set targets for leads, opportunities, revenue linked to shows; review impact and ROI of shows.
- Manage event organization and execution with internal team and external providers (booth contractor, etc.), including preparation of demos and samples for demos in collaboration with product marketing.
- Ensure lead generation, improved awareness and visibility through events with the Communications and Product Marketing team, ensuring the company’s visibility, product awareness and positioning are properly presented and amplified.
- Define and manage the yearly event budget, reviewing after each quarter the actual budget consumption vs. planned.
- Internal: support and lead internal communications initiatives for the DACH region, together with regional HRBPs.
Qualifications
- Graduated in Marketing with significant experience in marketing and a proven track record in marketing/communication.
- Strong interest and experience in new technologies, desire to grow in an international group and lead in its market.
- Organized, tenacious, efficient, with excellent interpersonal skills; a quick learner ready to take responsibility in a demanding and ambitious company.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Adobe CC and LinkedIn/Google AdWords is appreciated.
- Location: Dusseldorf area (office and team in progress).
- Languages: German & English fluently.
