Job Description:
You naturally put things in order.
You operate in the business application industry, crossing the boundaries of enterprise architecture, business transformation, product management, and software development.
You don’t need anyone telling what to do, you ask a few questions and you know it already. You see what does not exist, you give people perspective, you create consensus around sound ideas, you realize the vision. The all of it, through the stages of the Togaf ADM, compensating maturity levels where needed. It’s just putting things in order, in the end. People trust you, you know how to do this.
You spent the past three years working full time with Aider, Codex, Claude and friends, trying to figure out how to drive enterprise transformation though agentic information and software development. An ArchiMate element, a bpmn process, an ERD diagram, a cloud formation template is code as well as the definition of an agent and its tools; The all of it. Is just text or images you can feed to a neural network and a reasoning loop.
You see Git and its ceremonies as a governed agentic memory system for humans and agents that can enable you to deliver for 10 people in 1/10 of the time. You chat, full time. And orchestrate how transformation information flows, from documentation to code.
You are not worried about which business domain or which application platform you have to deal with. You spent 20 years doing this; it’s all the same: people, processes, data models, business logic, application stacks. Whatever comes, you figure it out.
