Join Vyoma
Space is becoming crowded and contested. The satellites behind communications, navigation and defence face hostile activity, close approaches and debris, while many nations still depend on foreign data to understand the space environment.
Your mission
This is not a role for someone who enforces standards from a distance. You will be embedded with the engineering team, making PA a practical enabler of mission success rather than a bureaucratic overhead. Your work will directly shape what Vyoma builds, how we build it, and whether it works.
Your profile
- Build and own the internal PA system: Develop, implement, and continuously improve Vyoma’s quality management system (QMS), including NCR processes, risk management, document control, and configuration management — pragmatically adapted for a lean NewSpace environment.
- PA requirement catalogue: Own and continuously develop Vyoma’s internal PA requirement catalogue. Tailor it appropriately for each project and proposal — balancing rigour with the realities of a lean, fast-moving NewSpace environment.
- Supplier PA: Develop and maintain Vyoma’s supplier PA requirements, conduct supplier audits, manage NCRs, and track corrective actions through to closure.
- Software PA: Define and evolve software product assurance requirements across the development lifecycle, adapted to Vyoma’s lean and agile development practices. Requirements are applied in a criticality-based manner — the rigour scales with the safety and mission impact of the software item.
- EEE parts and radiation: Review and assess suppliers’ EEE parts approaches, including parts selection, screening, and radiation hardness assurance (RHA) — ensuring they meet Vyoma’s requirements for the space environment.
- Reviews and compliance: Prepare and support internal and external project reviews (PDR, CDR, QR, AR). Ensure PA deliverables are ready, complete, and traceable.
- Drive PA culture: Act as the internal reference point for quality and assurance topics. Make PA practical and valued by the engineering team, not a bureaucratic overhead.
Why Vyoma?
- Mission-grade standards: We learn from setbacks, challenge each other and raise the bar every day.
- Take the controls: Own real missions, build expertise hands-on, and take on more as you grow.
- Crew first: We share successes, give honest feedback and back each other when it gets tough.
- Orbit waits for no one: Make decisions that count without endless alignment loops.
Your perks
- 30 days of holiday, and a hybrid working model that combines the benefits of onsite collaboration with the flexibility needed, including mobile working
- A company-contributed pension plan to support long-term financial security
- Yearly learning budget and educational leave to support your professional development
- Monthly transport allowance and tax-free vouchers to spend or the things you choose: sport, shopping or other daily needs
- 5 paid sick days a year for childcare, for all parents, so you can care for a sick child without using your holiday
About us
We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement listed. Research shows that some people are less likely to apply for a role unless they meet all the criteria. If this role excites you and you meet most of the key qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
