Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the accounting function across several industrial sites and play a pivotal role in the company's ongoing transformation.
Beyond ensuring the integrity of the financial statements and regulatory compliance, you will drive process optimisation, support a major SAP migration, contribute to post‑merger integration initiatives and lead the digitalisation of the finance function. You will also coach and develop a team of experienced accounting professionals while partnering closely with operational and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all accounting activities across two Swiss production sites.
Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, fixed assets and statutory accounting.
Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability and timely reporting.
Prepare statutory financial statements and provide high-quality financial information to senior management.
Ensure compliance with Swiss accounting standards, IFRS requirements and all tax obligations, including VAT and corporate tax.
Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, financial institutions and regulatory authorities.
Supervise and develop a team of two senior accounting professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Standardise and streamline accounting processes through Lean principles, KPI implementation and automation initiatives.
Support internal control activities and reinforce governance in partnership with operational teams.
Contribute actively to the ongoing SAP migration and wider finance transformation projects in a post‑merger environment.
Champion digitalisation initiatives aimed at modernising and enhancing the end‑to‑end finance function.
Your Profile
University degree or professional qualification in Accounting (Swiss CPA mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting regulations and IFRS.
Several years of experience gained either in a leading audit firm (Big 4 or equivalent) with significant exposure to industrial clients
Previous experience supervising or mentoring teams and leading projects is highly valued.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is considered an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proactive, collaborative and solution‑oriented approach.
Comfortable operating in a changing environment and driving transformation initiatives.
Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
