We are supporting a well-established international company in the search for a Team Lead Finance Operations to lead the Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR) function. This is a great opportunity for someone with a hands-on mindset who enjoys leading a team and improving finance processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AP/AR team across Switzerland and abroad
• Oversee day-to-day vendor & customer accounting operations and ensure smooth processes
• Monitor and manage DSO/DPO performance across the company
• Work closely with other finance teams to improve processes and systems
• Lead and contribute to finance-related projects
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements (incl. internal controls)
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in AP/AR and team leadership
• Education in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (HF/FH or similar)
• Experience in leading or supporting finance projects
• Strong process thinking and problem-solving skills
• A reliable, hands-on team player with good communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
