Senior Strategy Consultant (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy projects focused on digital transformation, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation of tailored strategic initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop innovative, pragmatic solutions.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Contribute to the development of client relationships and business growth through project excellence and business development.

Candidate Profile:

• Several years of consulting experience, ideally within MBB firms or similar.
• Proven expertise in strategy implementation, digital transformation, and sustainability.
• Previous engagement with Biotech, Life Sciences or Banking businesses is an advantage.
• Fluent in (Swiss) German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for client success and co-creation.
