- Design and build custom internal AI tooling and workflows for Waabi's autonomy and research teams.
- Integrate third-party AI tools and evaluate emerging models with structured pilots.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and drive adoption.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping tools.
- Deep familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot.
- Strong Python skills and comfort with CI/CD and developer infrastructure.
