The main focus at the Luxembourg location in Rodange is developing the safety-related con trol system for the stage machinery "Computer-Aided Theatre" (C⋅A⋅T), which uses state-of-the-art technology to control the upper stage and lower stage machinery in more than 200 venues worldwide.TASK DESCRIPTION The IT Assistant at Waagner-Biro Stage Systems Luxembourg is responsible for the following tasks:User support and troubleshootingInstallation and maintenance of Windows laptops and peripheralsMicrosoft 365 user and permission managementSupport of Linux and Windows serversNetwork, firewall and VPN supportHardware setup and replacementBackup and update supportDocumentation and IT inventorySupport for internal IT and AI projectsOUR REQUIREMENTS IT education or comparable experience Good Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge Basic Linux and networking knowledge Service-oriented mindset and willingness to support users in daily IT issues Structured and independent working style German and English skillsNICE TO HAVE Experience with virtualization, firewalls and VPNs Scripting or automation experience Interest in AI systems and infrastructure Interest in IT infrastructure and technical documentation Interest in energy-efficient and sustainable IT solutions OUR OFFERWe offer a full-time permanent contract within a modern mixed Win dows/Linux environment, providing diverse IT tasks with real responsibility.
