As Head of the Heating Department, you are responsible for the smooth running of your department, both technically, humanly and financially.
You specifically ensure:
- the technical, administrative and financial monitoring of heating projects - the management and development of the department - the management and supervision of project managers, designers and installation teams - resource planning and organisation of teams on site - participation in site meetings and client follow-up - negotiations with suppliers and management of equipment orders - compliance with deadlines, quality, costs and safety requirements.
Your profile
You are a heating professional who knows the field and now wishes to take a new step in your career.
You have:
- a CFC as a designer (or equivalent training) - ideally a Federal Diploma or higher education - or at least about ten years of experience in the field - solid experience in project management and site supervision - good management and organisational skills.
You are recognised for:
- your natural leadership - your ability to communicate equally well with office teams as with installers and subcontractors - your sense of responsibility - your customer orientation - your pragmatic mindset and your taste for the field.
