Our Brakes & Couplers Division is actively seeking a Bid Manager (m/f) to join its sales team, which comprises 20 members.

The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including bid preparation, team coordination, resource allocation, and deadline management.

Location options include:

  • France (Amiens, Lille, Paris, Tours)
  • Germany (Dortmund)
  • Italy (Turin)

Main responsibilities:

  1. Lead the tender process from the \“Go / No Go\“ decision to the \“Order Lost\“ or \“Order Won\“ handover to project management.
  2. Coordinate the tender team (Technical Sales and Sales) along with other departments such as procurement, quality, engineering, and supply chain.
  3. Ensure data quality in Salesforce CRM.
  4. Prepare profit margin and risk analyses based on winning price assumptions and cost inputs.
  5. Monitor and report on data completeness and reliability, providing regular updates to Sales, Division, and Corporate Management.

Candidate profile:

Seniority: Minimum of 2 years of experience; experienced profiles are welcome.

Sector: Industrial sectors such as railway, automotive, aerospace, or equipment.

Experience required in project management, either in engineering or sales.

Hard skills: Profit margin analysis, team coordination.

Soft skills: Team player, rigor, agility.

Languages: Good command of English.

Legal authorization to work in the EU is required.
