We are seeking a dedicated professional to strengthen our team in Burghausen . As a Manager (m/w/d) Trade Compliance , you will be responsible for overseeing trade compliance activities, including customs and export controls, and supporting the development and optimization of related processes.

Your Tasks

1. Manage trade compliance activities with an international scope.
2. Represent the Head of Trade Compliance as needed.
3. Lead projects related to trade compliance and daily operations.
4. Analyze and improve existing processes along the supply chain.
5. Monitor permits, customs declarations, and regulatory notifications.
6. Create official reports such as VAT and EC declarations.
7. Potentially develop processes related to energy and alcohol taxes.
8. Support the development of SAP and SAP GTS solutions and customs software.
9. Assist the Trade Compliance leader with various international and domestic issues.

Your Profile

• Degree in law or economics, e.g., Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) or comparable qualification.
• Solid knowledge of customs law and foreign trade regulations.
• Experience in team leadership and project management within dynamic environments.
• Decisiveness, ability to handle high workload, and compliance with authorities\‘ expectations.
• Proficiency in SAP and SAP GTS or similar customs software.
• Interest in legal application and internal implementation.
• Initiative, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
