TASKS
What you can expect from us
- Commercial order processing and support for international projects (e.g. supplementary offers, order confirmations, delivery date tracking, shipping, invoicing, etc.)
- Invoice verification and clarification of open issues with technical and accounting departments, as well as invoice approval
- Creation of international service offers, orders, invoices and complaints
- Arranging and monitoring delivery dates with suppliers, subcontractors and the head office
- Creating articles and creditors as well as maintaining master data in the Business Central ERP system
- Ensuring smooth goods receipt and dispatch processes (goods receipt, goods receipt inspection, goods storage/forwarding)
- Picking, packing and shipping goods, as well as independently processing shipping orders, including creating and requesting all necessary export-related documents for international shipping
- Researching and reviewing tax law issues in the EU and third countries
PROFILE
What characterizes you
- Successfully completed commercial training with several years of professional experience and relevant further training, or completed studies in the field of business administration or logistics
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
- Professional experience in the commercial planning and handling of projects
- Knowledge of commercial contract law
- Experience in export/foreign trade and logistics desirable
- Ability to work independently, personal commitment and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and enjoy working in contact with international colleagues
- Structured, punctual, independent and goal-oriented way of working
