What you’ll be doing

  • Build and lead ingredient sales across the DACH region — from market entry strategy to signed agreements
  • Engage directly with supplement brands, functional food producers, and contract manufacturers
  • Position technical solutions in ingredients, formulations, and delivery formats to meet customer goals
  • Guide clients from technical validation through to commercial close, backed by in-house R&D expertise

What you’ll bring

  • Native-level German and professional English
  • 5+ years’ B2B sales experience in functional ingredients, nutraceuticals, or dietary supplement sectors
  • Proven ability to grow markets and convert technical, high-value ingredient sales
  • Strong understanding of formulation, product development, and delivery systems
  • Commercial drive, credibility with technical buyers, and a track record of closing in regulated markets
