Your area of responsibility:
- Operation, monitoring and further development of the ERP landscape with a main focus on Abacus Construction/Workshop and other applications
- Support in incident and problem management (collaboration in 2nd-level support)
- Participation in digitalisation and ERP projects
- Participation in releases and updates
- Ensuring data quality
- Management of external partners and service providers
Your profile:
- Training in computer science, business informatics or a business background with IT affinity
- Sound knowledge of Abacus (AbaBau, project management, SVM, ABEA, AbaPoint)
- Experience in customising, process mapping and module support
- Fluent German skills are required. French skills are a great advantage .
- Knowledge of ITIL, project or change management is an advantage
- Strong process understanding and analytical thinking
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
