Full-stack Engineer

Build production systems end to end, every 7 days.

You will own features from data model to interface and ship them in our 7-day sprint cadence. This is a senior, full-stack seat on a small team: no layers of process, no hand-offs to wait on, real outcomes in production every week. We build AI-native, and we expect you to use coding agents the way a senior engineer uses any sharp tool — for leverage, with your judgment on top.

• Design and build full-stack features — Rust services, React front-ends, and the PostgreSQL schema underneath — and carry them to production inside a 7-day sprint.
• Own correctness and operability: write the tests, containerize with Docker, and deploy to GCP with the observability to know it works.
• Use coding agents (Claude, Cursor) to move faster, and keep senior judgment on architecture, review, and the calls that matter.
• Review teammates' work and keep the bar high — readable code, sound data models, honest trade-offs.

// What we're looking for

You should have.

• Strong full-stack experience shipping production software, comfortable owning a feature from database to UI.
• Rust for back-end services, and React (with TypeScript) on the front end.
• Solid PostgreSQL — schema design, queries you can reason about, and an eye for performance.
• Comfortable with Docker and deploying to a cloud platform; GCP specifically is a plus.
• Fluent using coding agents like Claude or Cursor as part of your daily workflow, with the judgment to know when to trust them and when not to.
• Clear writer and communicator who works well async across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS alongside GCP.
• Background building AI-enabled or agentic product features.
• Exposure to data pipelines, BigQuery, or analytics workloads.
