Job Description
Gauder is a Berlin-based e-commerce brand that has won over 2 million customers since 2017 with more than 70,000 monthly orders in the DIY products segment, and is now building its social media presence from the ground up, hiring a full-time Video Content Creator and Brand Personality in Berlin-Mitte with flexible hours and home-office options.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of Gauder's organic social media presence
- Produce video and image content from idea through shoot to final edit
- Appear regularly on camera as the trusted voice of the brand
- Independently develop recognisable formats and series
- Build the social strategy from scratch
- Make the products understandable and entertaining for the audience
What you'll need
- Already created successful social video content, with skills and approach mattering more than formal education
- An understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube platform dynamics
- Comfort and confidence on camera
- Native-level command of German (C2) with strong English (C1)
- The ability to carry projects from first draft to final posting
