Funke Kunststoffe GmbH, a mid-sized family-owned manufacturer of plastic pipes and fittings for the construction industry, is hiring a Mediengestalter for Marketing & Communications, with a focus on print and prepress, for a full-time role in Hamm-Uentrop.
What you'll do
- Handle conception, coordination, design and print-file creation for marketing and communication materials across print and digital media
- Ensure consistent application of the corporate design
- Coordinate with departments and external partners such as printers
- Perform professional image retouching, composition and montage
- Carry out error checking and quality assurance before production begins
What you'll need
- Completed training as a Mediengestalter Digital und Print
- Strong layout and typesetting skills with a confident eye for grid systems and typography
- Secure command of the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Routine use of MS Office
- Experience in B2B communication
- A proactive, structured way of working with strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Several years of prepress experience is ideal
