Your mission
As a Marketing Manager at Wandelbots, you will take on a dynamic and multifaceted role, supporting the Head of Marketing in executing growth and revenue initiatives. You’ll work across a variety of channels – from website and events to social media – ensuring our presence is consistent, compelling, and effective.
You\’ll be embedded in a small, fast-moving team that values ownership, creativity, and flexibility. You’ll collaborate closely with all departments to bring integrated campaigns to life. We also work collaboratively and support one another.
Marketing is part of the Revenue organization. Our Revenue team is the growth engine of Wandelbots – bringing our software to market, driving customer success, and ensuring long-term business impact. It consists of four key pillars: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, working together to maximize adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
At Wandelbots, we have the luxury of our own internal user experience and design organization, which will become your partner in crime for all design-related initiatives.
Your profile
Your tasks
- Partner with the Head of Marketing, as well as the Revenue and Product teams, to develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on generating demand from large enterprises.
- Collaborate with various departments to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Maintain and update the company website (including SEO and content) and oversee performance analytics.
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns, automated flows, and segmentation using Pardot/Salesforce, LinkedIn, and search engines.
- Work collaboratively to organize trade fairs and events end-to-end, from concept to execution.
- Support partner marketing, content operations, and brand consistency across all formats.
What you need
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing generalist or specialist role, ideally in a fast-paced B2B tech or SaaS environment.
- Comfortable working with CMS tools (e.g., Wix) and digital tools like Google Analytics.
- Skilled in Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEO basics, and reporting.
- Able to run social media campaigns independently.
- Working mode: Flexible. Regular travel to Dresden may be required. English fluency required.
